Be part of our client’s team as a Network Support Engineer, where you’ll support customers across the globe, troubleshoot complex network challenges, and guide organizations toward secure, seamless connectivity. You’ll take ownership of issues end to end, collaborate with global teams, and deliver solutions that keep businesses protected and connected.

Aligned with Gartner’s SASE framework, they deliver a cloud-native platform that securely connects users to applications anywhere in the world—eliminating legacy complexity while enabling businesses to scale with confidence.

What You’ll Take Ownership Of

  • Provide technical support to customers worldwide
  • Own and manage customer issues through to resolution
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions with a proactive mindset
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and aligning solutions
  • Advocate for customers internally while working with product, engineering, sales, and finance teams
  • Track customer status to identify risks and growth opportunities
  • Contribute to the expansion of Global Support Services

What Sets You Up for Success

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Firewalls, proxy servers)
  • CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge
  • Understanding of VPNs, IPSEC, and security protocols
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Experience collaborating with cross-cultural teams
  • Willingness to work at least 5 shifts per week, including weekends and holidays
  • Advantageous: Cloud or SaaS exposure
  • Advantageous: Tier 1 Support experience in security companies

Role Snapshot

Employment Type: Full time (Indefinite)
Shift: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (5 working days per week between Monday to Saturday)
Work Setup: Work from home
